If you prefer to use your own shipping service to send your repairs, please send to the address below.

 

* Please note that ABSFixer and FedEx are not responsible for shipments with illegible labels, improper packaging, lost shipments, or damage resulting from inadequate packaging. You may use your own packaging provided the box is sturdy, undamaged, and all flaps are intact. Place delivery information both inside and outside the package, including your return address and the recipient address. By using the complimentary FedEx shipping label, you acknowledge that you are responsible for properly packaging your module and assume responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging during shipment.

We also purchase bad control modules. When we do this we will issue the seller an RA# so we can keep track of who we need to send money to. Please contact us regarding acquiring an RA#.

If you are returning a module that is not needed or purchased incorrectly, we will accept the module and refund the amount minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

International Customers:

If you are shipping a module to us from outside the United States (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.), please follow our required customs instructions to avoid duties, delays, or rejected shipments.
